CALDWELL COUNTY, KY – In celebration of 75 years of being one of the most well-known and highly played family games, Monopoly creator, Hasbro, has announced that it will be giving away an equal amount of money as is present in each game.

The game itself comes with $20,580.00 of “Monopoly Money.” Ironically, this is the exact amount that the company has agreed to give away to the overall winner of the contest. According to Hasbro, seventy five finalists in the contest will win prizes of the Monopoly electronic game for various Nintendo game systems and for Xbox 360’s.

To enter the contest, all you have to do is write down a description of how you would spend the money if you won the contest. Simply go to www.monopoly.com to enter. The deadline for this contest is September 2. Once all stories are in on September 2, people can vote on which story is best. You can even promote your story on all the various social networking sites to get more votes.
